Adult Yoga Classes
When: Saturday mornings from 9:00am - 10:00am
Price: $10.00 per class for members, $20.00 per class for non-members
Regular exercise feels great but can be hard on your joints and muscles, often resulting in pain and discomfort. Cross training with yoga can bring your body back into alignment, increase flexibility and balance, and reduce pain. A regular yoga practice decreases your risk of injury and increases your ability to reach your full potential.
Each yoga class consists of asana (poses) to strengthen and lengthen every muscle in your body and pranayama (conscious breathing) to soothe the nervous system and strengthen your mind/body connection, preparing the way for more mindful exercise.
We invite you to create space in your body, mind, and spirit, for rest and relaxation. We'll incorporate professional-recommended social distance and sanitation precautions so you can de-stress safely, but alongside your community.
