Old Dominion Flag Football League
Old Dominion Flag Football League is excited to offer an option for middle school athletes in RVA and the surrounding areas! Below, you will find all of the information for the league and how to register your team.

Team Registration:
- Cost: $1,000 per team
- Click HERE to register your team!
- Registration is not complete until you have called 804-358-2775 to make the payment. Payment must be made in one lump payment, not individual payments from each family on the team.
- Teams are formed by the athletes
- Ages: 6th - 8th grade
- Maximum of 14 players per team
- Minimum of 7 players per team
- Each member of the team must turn in a signed copy of the waiver attached below on the first day of the league. Athletes will not be able to participate without a waiver.
When and Where:
- The league will run for 7 weeks, from October 2nd - November 13th
- The league will conclude with a single elimination playoffs beginning the week of October 30th
- Games will be played on Friday nights from 5:00 - 9:00pm
- Schedule TBD. There will be little to no ability to accommodate special requests for scheduling
- Games played at Glover Park - 11217 Greenwood Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23059. Field Numbers - TBD

General:
- 7v7 format
- 8 teams maximum for the league
- Teams are formed by the athletes
- Minimum of 7 players per team
- Maximum of 14 players per team
- Games are played on Friday nights from 5:00 -9:00pm
- Games are played at Glover Park
- No scheduled practices
- Playoffs start during week 5 of the league
- 4 coaches per team max

- Athletes must wear turf cleats
- Teams must provide their own coach
- Players cannot wear apparel with school logos
COVID Waiver and Procedures:
Wavier:
- A COVID waiver must be signed and turned in to participate in the league. See the attached waiver below, to print, sign, and turned in on the first night of the league. Athletes and coaches will not be able to participate if the waiver has not been turned in to staff.
- Any staff, athlete, coach, or spectator that does not feel well, we ask that you please stay home. If anyone in your family has been exposed to COVID-19, we ask that you self-quarantine and do not participate for at least 10 days from contact.
- Players and spectators will be asked health screen questions before they can go on the field.
- Temperature check will also be performed on athletes and coaches before each game. A person who has a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher will not be permitted to remain on the field.
- ODFF staff and referees will wear masks at all times.
- Players are not required to wear a face mask during games.
- Hand sanitizer will be available on site.
- Footballs will be sanitized and switched out during breaks by ODFF staff.
- No lines to shake hands after games
