• All players must be in the 6th grade or above to participate
• Registration is not complete until your payment has been made.
• By submitting the Juniors Fall League Individual Registration Form you acknowledge the inherent risks involved and forever waive the Old Dominion Volleyball Academy from any and all liabilities as result of your giving permission for your child to participate in this event.
