YNPN RVA: Articles Club

Join YNPN RVA for our second Articles Club of the year! This month we will discuss how a diversity, equity and inclusion organization, who was typically inundated with client requests during Black History Month, instead prioritized their staff's rest and took February as a paid month off last year. The organization has since worked to create of a formal intake system for client requests during the month of February. Please read “When Working for Racial Justice Means Taking Black History Month Off” by Emma Goldberg and come prepared to discuss.

YNPN RVA's members-only articles club provides an opportunity to network and engage in discussions with other young professionals on a variety of topics and challenges relevant to the nonprofit industry. A different article, podcast, or video will be selected each month and will be posted on the event page.
