"Learning Together, Growing Together, Serving Together"
U-Turn offers a unique space on the 2nd floor that has created collaboration of Non-Profits, shared resources, networking, and a shared vision of impacting the Richmond community.
Parah is the Hebrew word for "growth, flourishing, and bearing fruit". We pray for growth and abundance in our ministries, but also for the flourishing of the City of Richmond.
As a collaborative work space, we seek the growth and abundance of Richmond together.
"RCLI is thrilled to be part of the collaborative space shaping-up at U-Turn. The opportunity for shared energy, resources, and minds should benefit each group and our collective ministry to the Richmond region."
- Tim Holtz; Executive Director, RCLI
"Being a part of the community at U-Turn has been great for our church. The location is central to everything in Richmond, but most important are the relationships that are being built with the other organizations in the building. It is great to work alongside others for the good of Richmond." - John Wagler; Pastor, Hill City Church
"The hope for U-Turn and First Things First was to create a collaborative work space within the U-Turn building. Today, this hope has become a reality. Located on the second floor of U-Turn, non-profits and small businesses have created a community with a common goal, to grow the mission field. Through collaboration, we are sharing printing, wireless services and meeting spaces allowing us to keep costs low and put funds back into our mission. We are excited about this space and can't wait to have it grow." - Chris Beach; Executive Director, Relationship Foundation of Virginia
"We have been greatly blessed since 2013 to be part of the unique community that has formed at U-Turn. And it is more than just a community – it is a partnership with other non-profit organizations focused on changing and enhancing people’s lives of all ages. The community that has formed and continues to grow at U-Turn is becoming known throughout the city as something really special, setting the standard and giving vision to how Richmond can work together for the common good of it’s people." - Jeff Chadwick; Pastor, Church on the Avenue
