Biblical Studies & Leadership Fund – The transformational truths and power of God's Word, the Bible, are at the core of everything U-TURN does to mentor and shape young athletes lives. U-TURN desires to help launch young adults into the world as leaders who will live with purpose, excellence, and a heart to serve others. Our Biblical Studies & Leadership Certificate Program gives participating youth a broad-based and experiential learning experience to help them live with maximized discernment, wisdom, peace, and results. Your donation may provide assistance for maximum impact of this component of our athletes' development in areas such as Bibles, multimedia resources and equipment, local, national, and international missions/service projects. Scholarship Fund – Since it's formation in the summer of 1992 as an outreach program, U-TURN has had a very specific goal of attracting and impacting high-risk, inner-city kids with love, hope, vision, excellence, and results. Increasing private and public support for scholarships to pull high-risk kids out of pockets of despair has never been more critical. Our goal is to have 50% of our youth scholarshipped. We want to help these kids build bridges of discipline, goal-setting, perseverance, and ethics transport them from neighborhoods of despair to college, career, and purposeful lives. In order to attract and retain the best and brightest high-risk athletes in Richmond, U-TURN must provide these young boys and girls with financial aid to cover fees for athletic training and progression through U-TURN's Biblical Studies & Leadership Certificate Program. Sport-Specific Fund – You can donate to one or more specific athletic departments at U-TURN. Sport-specific support can allow a Directors/coaches of a specific sport to increase marketing/recruiting efforts, purchase new equipment, meet emergency needs, attract and/or retain excellent assistant coaches, and compete in local, national, or international competitions.
