With over 20 years of experience as a Head College coach, Division I Assistant, Head Varsity High School Coach, AAU Coach and Athletic Director, Coach Harris brings a wealth of knowledge to the game.



His extensive background includes player development success stories from the elementary school level all the way up to the NBA and overseas professionals. The DIFFERENCE is he has worked with USA Basketball Junior National teams, Youth Development, and has assisted in placing over 100 players at the college level.



Coach Jae Crawford

Coach Crawford is making a DIFFERENCE in coaching basketball at every level. With experience as a High School, AAU, and College level coach, his knowledge and skills are highly regarded by his peers, his athletes, and their famililes.



A talented instructor, Crawford currently serves as a High School JV Head coach, a Head Varsity Assistant, and a Head AAU coach. Additionally, he provides basketball training and development to players on an individual level.


Coach Aaron Wood

Coach Wood is committed to taking players to the next level. His standout experiences as a former collegiate athlete and All-Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) player and Championship team member give him a unique insight into knowing what young players need to reach the highest level.


The DIFFERENCE is Coach Wood has six years of coaching experience and continues to share his knowledge as a Varsity High School basketball coach.



Coach Sammy Hooper

Also a former All-Conference player in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) and Championship team member, Coach Hooper successfully competed overseas in Estonia after his collegiate career ended.


Understanding the game of basketball, as he does on various levels, the DIFFERENCE is that Hooper’s experience has given him a unique ability to inspire, encourage, and develop the next-level player for competition.
