focuses on specific skill development at every level: Handling the Racket
(Grips), Ready Position and Basic Footwork, Scoring and Rules, Forehand and
Backhand (Drive, Topspin, Slice), Serve (Flat, Slice, Kick), Return of Serve,
Volleys, Overheads, Lobs, Match Tactics and Tips, Doubles.
TRAINING PROGRAM
U-TURN Sports Performance Academy is a
sports institute. Classes are full quarters in length (3 months / 12 weeks).
