FOCUS
U-TURN Basketball Training focuses on specific skills
development at every level: Defense, Ball Handling, Dribbling, Passing,
Shooting, Rebounding, Court Vision, Movement without the ball
(cutting/screening), and Creating your own shot. Basketball specific training
drills will improve your game, build strength and conditioning, and get you
ready for the next level, whether it's high school basketball or an AAU
basketball program.
TRAINING PROGRAM
U-TURN Sports Performance Academy is a
sports institute. Classes are full quarters in length (3 months / 12 weeks).
Our quarter system follows the structure below, however you may join a class
at any time of year:
